All fees will be invoices at time of application.
An application for a place on the course will guaranteed as a booking until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed by the course tutor. All bookings are confirmed in writing or by email together with full receipt of payment.

Cancellation requests after course places have been confirmed, will unfortunately incur an admin charge of £20 per delegate. Cancellations will only be accepted if made no less than 14 days prior to the course date. Otherwise, full fees remain payable and no refunds given, unless under extenuating circumstances.

InnoVet-CPD training reserves the right to cancel a course at any time and offer an alternative date, a credit or a full refund, without liability for any consequential or indirect loss.

All course literature is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission from InnoVet-CPD training.

All students attending the course(s) must be at least 16 years of age, unless otherwise agreed by the course tutor.

Early booking discount - Save up to 35%                



Course registrations booked and paid for more than two months in advance of the first day of a course attract a discount of up to 25%. For example - for a course commencing 18 March, registration and payment received before 18 January is eligible for the early booking discount.

Registration

Innovet-CPD Training Office’s customer services team will acknowledge receipt of registration as soon as we receive your form and begin the enrollment process.

Course confirmation packs will be sent 7-14 days after full payment has been received, addressed to the attendee confirming course details.

Cancellations, transfers and substitutions for courses Any cancellation after registration will incur an administration fee of £30.Cancellations at short notice will be charged as follows: 15- 34 days before start of course - 50% of fee 0 - 14 days before start of course - full fee

All cancellations, transfers and substitutions, subject to agreement, must be received in writing by email prior to the commencement of the course.

Cancellations by Innovet-CPD

Innovet-CPD reserves the right to cancel any course without liability for any consequential or indirect loss. In this case, 
the full fee will be refunded unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged.

Delegates with Special Needs Innovet-CPD aims to offer fully accessible events to all its delegates. Please help us to accommodate any individual needs that you may have by attaching a note to the registration form.

Bank Transfers (BACS)

Bank transfers can be made, but please ensure the invoice number is quoted with the payment and allow five working days clearance.

All course fees include lunch and refreshments. Accommodation and transport costs are the responsibility of the delegate unless advertised as a residential course. Details of local hotels can be supplied with the booking information upon request.
